ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
About the role
As the Senior Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact between an organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing services or properties. You will be responsible for planning activities for building meaningful relationships and reinforcing our brand that will drive lead conversions and move-ins which ultimately results in increased occupancy and revenue generation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Primary responsibility is to create brand awareness, convert leads and ensure increased occupancy in the existing and new facilities.
• Evaluate, develop and implement the sales plan working directly with the Marketing team.
• Responsible for entry and maintenance of database management system / lead tracking.
• Lead and coordinate all outreach and events for seniors, their families and the professionals in the facility.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential residents and their families, identify the level of care services, provide excellent customer service and follow-up to assist with the move-in process.
• Develop good network with NRI customers which should result in sales and thereby meeting the sales targets.
• Direct and coordinate activities involving innovative ideas, sales and promotion strategies to meet objectives and contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results.
• Design marketing support strategies.
• Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
• Demonstrating and presenting products.
• Establishing new business.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Reviewing sales performance.
• Negotiating contracts and packages.
• Working towards monthly or annual targets.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
• 4- 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing with a passion to do cold calls and event management.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills.
• The ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements.

PREFERRED SKILLS
• 4 – 5 years of field experience in Hospitality/Tourism/Pharma/Medical/Health& Wellness/ Real
Estate/Banking.
