Site Supervisor

Department: Engineering
Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent and above
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Location: Trivandrum & Kannur

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor (Civil) to support project execution, site supervision, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site experience, estimation knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with government and private authorities. This role requires flexibility and willingness to travel to project locations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in site supervision and daily project activities
– Prepare and review drawings using CAD software
– Support in quantity estimation, BOQs, and costing
– Coordinate with government and private bodies for approvals and site requirements
– Monitor work progress and ensure quality standards
– Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
– Assist senior engineers in project planning and execution
– Travel to different project sites as required

Skills & Requirements:
– Familiarity with Auto CAD / CAD tools
– Basic knowledge of estimation and billing
– Hands-on experience in site supervision
– Good coordination and communication skills
– Problem-solving and decision-making skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team
