Business Development Associate
Key Duties & Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Sales
Identify and generate new leads for senior living, assisted living, and active care services.
Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to prospective residents and their families.
Explain services, facilities, care models, and pricing clearly to clients.
Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions.
2. Business Development
Develop partnerships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, social workers, and referral agencies.
Build tie-ups with senior citizen groups, NGOs, residential associations, and community organizations.
Explore new markets and locations for business expansion.
3. Client Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing residents, families, and referral partners
4. Marketing & Partnerships
- Support marketing activities such as community outreach programs, senior events, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, NGOs, and senior citizen associations.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, health camps, and awareness programs.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to the Sales Manager.
- Track enquiries, conversions, and occupancy status.
- Coordinate with operations and care teams for seamless service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in digital marketing or sales.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field work.
- Compassionate attitude towards seniors and families
Monthly Package:
₹20,000 – 25,000/-
Performance-based incentives applicable.
