Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their needs
Promote products/services and explain features and benefits
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on offerings
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
Process sales transactions accurately
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable sales area
Support inventory management and stock replenishment
Assist in promotions, events, and sales campaigns

Ability to persuade and build rapport
Basic computer and billing system knowledge
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Diploma or degree in MBA, Sales, Marketing, or Business (preferred but not mandatory)
Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
