Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled System Analyst to manage and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration. The role ensures system reliability, security, and optimal performance to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Azure services for identity management and authentication
• Manage Office 365 environment including user accounts, licenses, mailboxes, SharePoint, and Teams
• Maintain Active Directory, group policies, and user provisioning
• Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support for system and access-related issues
• Monitor system performance, apply patches, and perform routine health checks
• Ensure IT security, backups, and compliance standards
• Maintain IT documentation and support onboarding/offboarding processes

Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Degree (CCNA/MCSE is an added advantage)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Office 365
• Experience with Active Directory and access management
• Basic knowledge of IT security and cloud environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Experience:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
